Trail Rides (One Hour) at Rock Creek Park Horse Center

One Hour Trail Rides
No experience is necessary for taking one of our guided walking trail rides. Trail Rides are $40 per person. We book a maximum of 4 people per scheduled ride. Each rider must be at least 12 years of age and must wear a provided helmet, long pants, and closed-toe shoes. In addition, all persons under the age of 18 must have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Reservations are required.
CHECK-IN TIME FOR ALL RIDES IS 30 MINUTES BEFORE RIDE DEPARTURE. Weight restrictions may apply and the management reserves the right to cancel any planned trail ride when weather or other conditions make riding inadvisable.
Cancellation policy: If your scheduled ride is not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance, your credit card will be charged full price. Please call the Horse Center's office (202-362-0117 ext. 0) with any questions.
MID-WEEK TRAIL RIDES may be reserved online with a credit card. All trail rides require reservations. Please book trail rides 6-8 weeks in advance.
